Surcharges
These are exchange surcharges, which are occasionally required by the manufacturers when supplying refurbished or remanufactured parts.
If required, you will be notified, and will of course have the option of cancelling an order.
Surcharges are refundable in full, once the old part is returned to us in the UK (at your cost) in refurbishable condition.
Surcharges can also be avoided altogether if you can ship the old part to us in advance of our supplying the new one.
